Ordered this item two months ago and it never shipped. The label was created right away and the seller only responded to me once saying they would check on it. I understand life can get in the way and the shop went on vacation after my order, but a quick explanation would have cleared this up way before it was too late for me to get a different gift.

Estimated delivery for this item was Sept. 28-Oct. 15 but it never shipped. It's now Oct. 28 and the item is currently listed as "low in stock only 6 left" so there's no excuse for it. Seller has failed to respond to my inquiries. Etsy has issued a refund so I'm satisfied but based on my experience I would not recommend buying from this seller.
