Your jewelry will be shipped in individual gift box and resealable plastic bag to prevent the jewelry from tarnishing. Gift box option is available upon request.

Because our jewelry is handmade and very delicate, we recommend storing them properly in a small plastic bag to prevent the precious metals from tarnishing.

For sterling silver jewelry -

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish when it is exposed to oxygen, but it can be cleaned simply by using some polishing cloth or from cleaning solution for sterling silver. Therefore, we really recommend buyers to keep it in a plastic zippy bag to keep the jewelry's shine.

We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before getting in contact with moisture or friction (ie: washing your hands, sleeping and showering) to maintain luster and prolong life.

If you have any special requests like necklace length, colors, or gemstones, please feel free to contact us. There will be a $5 charge for any additional foot upgrade for necklace.

We handle every piece of our jewelry with great care and attention. If treated well, your new jewelry should last you a long time. Nonetheless, if your jewelry is broken/ damaged, please feel free to contact us for repair. There's no charge for repair if you send back the item to us.

However, if the repair requires additional material to replace such as spring clasp/ chain and etc, we will notify you about the cost of the replacement material and the return shipping cost.

Although the majority of our jewelry piece is made of genuine 14k gold filled material, it is still possible for the gold/ silver metal to tarnish due to different reasons such as chemical reaction with perfumes and deodorants with certain chemicals, lotion, human sweat, moisture, oil, oxygen, organic vapors, or sulfur substances in the atmosphere. Hence, unless it's 24K pure gold, any other metal with its base metal less than pure might have a chance to tarnish.

Therefore, we highly recommend customers to store their new jewelry in a pouch or bag in a dry atmosphere and clean or polish your jewelry regularly to clean up any contaminants. Sometimes, the tarnished metal can be cleaned through mild soap or with a polishing cloth.

Customer satisfaction is utmost important to us. if you are not satisfied with the item that you have received (i.e., it looks very different from what you expected, there are missing items, or the item gets damaged during transit), please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item.

For returns, exchanges, or repair, it must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and unused/new condition.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for special custom orders if you've decided to return the product.

Any returns will be refunded less any shipping charges. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be at buyer's own expense.

Please do not send anything back without notifying us first.

Our gold plated and gold vermeil jewelry has sterling silver as the base layer and 18k gold as the coat. They are great for everyday wear. However, please handle them with care and store them separately.
