Creating art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was never without a sketchbook, constantly drawing, imagining and turning ideas into something tangible. Today, I feel incredibly grateful to live a life where I can transform those visions into handmade glass art and share them with people around the world. ♡
My creative journey began in graphic design, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree and spent years creating logos, visual identities and artistic compositions. Yet, despite loving design, I always felt drawn toward something more tactile and expressive — something I could create with my hands.
That moment came in 2010, when I started a personal project to create a transparent artwork for our home. I instantly fell in love with glass — its depth, movement, reflection and quiet way of interacting with light. Glass felt alive to me. Every color shift, shadow and texture seemed to tell its own story.
What began as curiosity soon became passion, and eventually grew into milliart Glass, a creative journey shared with my partner, Dimitar. Together, from our small studio in Varna, Bulgaria, we design and handcraft glass wall clocks, stained glass art, candle holders and decorative pieces inspired by nature, astronomy, sacred geometry and the beauty of meaningful interiors.
Over the years, we have continued exploring new techniques including painting on glass, glass fusing, recycled glass and Tiffany-style craftsmanship. Many of our creations begin as original artworks and evolve into functional glass pieces designed to bring beauty, warmth and meaning into everyday spaces.
