***PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING***

We have lots of custom pieces and non custom pieces, because of that if you want to make changes to a non- custom piece you need to leave those details either in the personalization box or the notes to seller section when checking out.

We currently have a 4 week turn around

We do not accept refund or exchanges but for any reason you need to ship the item back to us you are responsible for the shipping cost.

If an item arrives broken it is between the buyer and the USPS to fix the issue. All my packages come with up to $100 insurance if a package is damaged.

The item is insured from the time I drop it off until it hits your mailbox or porch. I cannot and will not refund orders that disappear once they’ve been marked delivered to you so please make sure to have a safe and secure theft-proof location for the package to be delivered.

We love custom orders! If you purchase a custom order we do not offer free shipping on custom pieces.

I have to ship with the address you enter in at check out if the address you have entered in is incorrect you will need to contact Etsy about fixing the address on your profile
