Is your name going to be on the finished product?
Yes, and No, some of my products but not all. If you would like to know which items will have my name, Please send me a message, and I will let you know where the name will appear on your item.
Why is your name on items?
These are orginal designs and want to make sure the art is protected.
Why was my custom order cancelled?
Your order was most likely cancelled because I did not get an approval on the mock up I sent. Please, respond within one day of receiving your mockup. I give 4 days for a response before cancelling order. I want to make sure you love the layout before we make your product. :)
How are mugs shipped?
Mugs are shipped in polystyrene boxes that are easy to use, with the two-part pack slotting together to provide all-round secure protection, including a slot for the handle.
I didn't receive my entire order?
You may receive more than one package even though you ordered everything together. Orders may ship separately so that we can get them to you faster. :)
Where do I send the pictures for my Photo Gift?
