How do I access my mockup?
To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
What type of file will I receive?
Please check the listing description section “t𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀” There will be specified the format of the file.
If the file size exceeds 20MB, the mockup will be available in .rar format.
How do I place the design on the mockup?
Photoshop and Photopea users
1.Open the PSD/PDF file.
2.Paste your design between the 2 layers, which is located between the Upper Layer and the Lower Layer.
3.Align and resize.
4.Save your work.
Canva Users
1.Upload the PSD/PDF file.
2.Upload / Paste your design
3.Align and resize.
4.Place your design between the 2 layers. Right-click on your design - Layers - Show Layers, and this is where you can adjust the layers.

The steps will be different on each platform, but they are usually very intuitive and straightforward.
