Your order is shipped duty free thanks to my CUSMA certification (via Chit Chats/USPS, fully tracked) I ship once a week.
CANADA
Your order is shipped via Chit Chats, with tracking. No Canada Post involved. I ship once a week.
*Exceptions (that usually are carried by Canada Post) : remote/rural addresses and PO boxes. For now, your options are to come pick up your order at markets or events I attend (you have to contact me via DM about this) or to have your order shipped to someone you know with a valid address (the best alternative, in my opinion). You can also contact me for pickup in St-Eustache.
*I will cancel orders to non-valid addresses so please contact me about these options before you order.

Votre commande est expédiée via Chit Chats, avec tracking. Je ne fais pas affaire avec Poste Canada.
*Exceptions (qui normalement sont traitées par Poste Canada) : les adresses et casiers postaux ruraux ou éloignés. Pour le moment, vos options sont de venir récupérer votre commande lors des événement et marchés auxquels je participe (il faut me contacter pour plannifier le tout) ou encore, faire livrer votre commande à une personne de confiance avec une adresse valide (c'est ce que je ferais). Vous pouvez aussi me contacter pour plannifier un pickup à St-Eustache.
*Je vais canceller les commandes aux adresses non-valides, alors il faut me contacter à propos de ces options avant de commander.
