5 out of 5 starsSuch a great find! The download was instant and super easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. The layout is really well designed and makes planning feel fun instead of overwhelming. Love the creative theme too, it’s a perfect mix of practical and whimsical.

Frequently asked questions
What are your return and cancelation policies?
What are your return and cancelation policies?
Etsy has a policy of no refunds on digital orders. If you're having trouble with an order please reach out to me through Etsy messaging.
For Print on Demand items, there are no cancelations. I can't cancel the order, with the supplier, and I have been directly billed by them for your order. If you have a question about a Print on Demand order (they are in the Print on Demand section), please send me a message before ordering. If the product is defective, I will work with the supplier to get you a replacement.
For items I make myself, I can cancel the order if you reach out and get confirmation from me before I start work on the item. Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or can

✏️ CUSTOM ORDERS
I love a good challenge. If you're interested in something custom, send me a message before placing an order so we can talk through the details, timeline, and pricing. I don't accept custom order payments until we've agreed on the scope — no surprises for either of us.
Please note: custom work has its own turnaround time and may not be available during busy seasons.
If you like my artwork but don't have a way to bring it to life, let me know. I can make stickers, sublimate, and laser engrave. We can also get almost anything printed on demand.
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to work with you to make the product work for you. If I anticipate that a product may need instructions, I include those in the downloaded PDF. Many of my items also have a video on YouTube @slayopsdigital.

If the product you purchased is a small enough file, you will be able to download it directly upon purchase. You will get a link in your email, or you can check the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account. You must be on a browser (not the Etsy app) in order to download purchases.
For products with larger or several files, you will download a PDF from Etsy in the manner described above. However, this will have a link to a shared Google Drive where you will be able to download or copy the file(s). The instructions to do that are in the PDF.
