I am happy to do custom or personalized orders for my customers. However payment must be received prior to the creation of the product. Due to my items being hand made custom orders may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to complete depending on the detail required or time of year (i.e. Christmas time). Once the item is complete a photo will be sent to you to confirm its completion and it will be promptly mailed based on shipping methods discussed prior to purchase. Nichol Art Designs is not liable for lost or damaged goods.

If a client requires additional changes to a custom item after its completion additional charges may be required. Which will be discussed with the client prior to the additional work beginning.

The customize bookmarks in my shop will have notes explaining exactly what I need to complete your order. Etsy will not allow you to complete the order with out filling out the customization section.

Please do make sure to write out exactly how you want the wording to be in the note to seller. If you want your instagram handle with the '@' included, i.e. @nicholartdesigns, then make sure you add it. A proof will be sent to you via Etsy Conversations for your approval. If a response is not received by the customer in 48 hours I will email them via the email Etsy provides me. If I do not obtain a response 48 hours after the email is sent then the order will be printed and sent as is.

Yes I offer wholesale prices!

I start discounts at 30 items. The more you order the lower the price will be per unit.

I am willing to reduce the size of existing stickers which also will reduce the price per unit. However, this is only available for wholesale purchases.

All stickers, bookmarks and pins are shipped with out tracking by stamp or untracked small packet depending on the customers location. I do this to provide people with affordable tracking as Canada Post is expensive.

However, for those you prefer to have tracked shipping you can find the tracked shipping upgrade during checkout in the drop down menu.

📣 Due to the new rules surrounding shipping to Germany I cannot currently offer shipping to that country. Etsy does not allow me to choose which countries to ship to internationally in my shipping profiles. Therefore any orders placed from Germany will be refunded in full
