Frequently asked questions
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
US and International orders: All "ready made" orders ship next day. "Made to order" items ship within 3 days of order. If you have a combination order the entire order will ship together within 3 days of order.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
US orders take anywhere from 3-8 days from date of receipt at post office.
INTERNATIONAL orders take 1-8 weeks after clearance from US customs (Chicago, Ill hub).
Example: Canada 1 week
Spain 2-8 weeks
Tracking numbers are provided on all shipping information.
Where do I return my item?
Once an item has been approved for return by the shop owner, you will be sent the return address via message within 24hrs of request.
Can I provide my own material?
Yes, I will be glad to use your material for any item you choice. Contact me through message system and we will make all the necessary arrangements.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I wrap all my orders in white or colored tissue paper. Depending upon stock (free of charge).

Sizing details
In each item description you will note the following:
* Caps: the size head it fits per the pattern manufacture.
* Bibs: the measurements of the bib.
* Also noted in each cap description is the fact that I do not pre-shrink the material. This is to maintain the crispness of the new fabric. Please wash all caps before an accurate fit can be assured.
What happens if I give the wrong shipping address?
Changing a shipping address AFTER it has been shipped is costly. The post office charges $12.50 to track the package and change the address. They also charge an additional "original" postal cost to the package. My charge is $5. Total cost $17.50 + original postal charge. I will bill you on a separate invoice for these charges. Once paid I will start the process. This must be done within the first 24hrs. of shipment per post office.
