All measurements taken with garment lying flat. For best fit estimate, compare measurements lying flat to a similar garment that fits you well. Doubling measurements where necessary helps for a sizing guideline but measuring garment-to-garment is always more reliable than measuring garment-to-body! Please note that all modern "best fit" sizes are given as helpful approximations - not absolute fits!

Bust: flat across the chest from underarm to underarm seams
Shoulders: seam to seam flat across the garment
Sleeves: shoulder seam to cuff or hem
Length: midpoint of shoulder to end of garment
Waist: flat across the midpoint of waistline
Hips: flat across the midpoint of the hipline
Rise: top of waistband to crotch seam
Inseam: crotch to hem

All items come wrapped in white tissue paper. Please send me a message if you have concerns about packaging for your item. Some options may be available for gift wrapping as well, just ask - I'd love to work with you!

All items are vintage, which means they are in the middle age of their beautiful lives! Unless noted as dead stock, items are expected to have some signs of wear. Excellent vintage condition means the garment has been worn but has no noticeable flaws. Any poorer condition will be accompanied by notes and photos. I strive to document all notable flaws and damage, but please feel free to ask for more pictures of a garment if you have concerns.

Noisy Eye Vintage will only accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase, with the buyer being responsible for all additional shipping costs.

Before purchasing, please look closely at all photos. Please contact me if you need more photos for clarification. Returns will only be accepted if there is a gross misrepresentation of damage on a garment.

Take careful note of measurements. Compare measurements to a similar garment that already fits you. Returns will not be honored for an ill-fitting garment.

I generally ship within 1-3 days of receiving an order. Please send me a conversation if you need something sent as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Any changes to our shipping times will be noted in our Shop Announcements.

Please send me a conversation if you specifically would like signature confirmation or extra insurance added to your shipment.

Noisy Eye Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you do have a problem receiving your item, please contact us and we will file a search claim with USPS. Noisy Eye Vintage cannot guarantee exact shipping times once a package has been mailed. Please note that circumstances like holidays and international customs often add extra time.
