Processing times are 1-2 weeks as each item is made especially for you. If you need anything sooner or for a set date, please let me know before ordering and I should be able to speed this up for you :)

If there's anything you can't find on the shop just message me and I should be able to help! We can also offer sizes 3XL-5XL, but the colour options are a little limited and the price differs slightly, please message if you would like to enquire about this! We can also do children's clothing upon request, so feel free to message about this!

USA customers - tariffs are handled on my side and they are paid before your order is dispatched, so your order will breeze through customs with no extra cost or hassle :)

Thank you!

I received the hat about 3 weeks after purchasing, which seemed pretty good to me for a customized item shipping from a different country. The hat feels nice quality, and looks good and the chicken is so cute and looks like quality craftwork as well! I'm very happy with it. This will probably be my new favorite hat.

Very happy with this purchase! I bought it as a birthday gift for my sister and I think she'll be really pleased. It arrived fairly quickly for what I was expecting and very well packaged. Since it came all the way to the United States, I think some condensation made it's way into the outer packaging. But the sweatshirt was also wrapped and while the plastic packaging on the sweatshirt was dripping, the sweatshirt stayed nice and dry!
