These knekkebits were made just for me. :-) My introduction to the original knekkegodis sheets were via Ingebretsen's in Minneapolis, which I've treated myself to as part of my Easter orders the past couple of years. I found I'd often reserve the full pieces for my husband while I nibbled happily on the crumbs -aren't I generous, lol. So, imagine my surprise and delight at discovering that my favorite bits and pieces were now for sale - hurray! My snacking has never been better! I love that they created a marketable product from the leftover knekkegodis so there's zero wastage, as that would be criminal! My special thanks to the person who identified this clever solution. Fantastic service from Norwegian Baked and the USPS as my order arrived in perfect condition in only two days. Now I'm off to order more. Tusen takk! ❤

Coriander flavor is subtle but the chilli flavor is spot-on, not too much, not too little, it's lagom I guess you would say in Swedish, not sure what the word is in Norwegian, unnskyld. The main word I would use to describe these is moreish! 😋 Thanks for another habit I didn't know I needed!
