Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for me to get my order?
There will be ongoing delays in shipping due to COVID-19. Non-North American deliveries may take up to 2-4 months to arrive depending on local postal services. Please pay this in mind before ordering.
Where is my tracking number?
Once the shipping label is made Etsy will send you an email with the tracking number on it. If you happen to not see the email you can message me to check. Please note you only get a tracking number if you choose a tracked shipping option when checking out.
Can I change my shipping address after payment has been made?
I can only change the shipping address under these circumstances:
1. The shipping label has not been made
2. You contact me within 24 hours of the shipping label being made.
After the 24 hour mark the shipping label cannot be cancelled and I cannot do anything about change of address. Please ensure your address is correct before ordering.
I think my package is lost, what should I do?
If you chose a shipping option with a tracking number, I can contact Canada Post to open an investigation about loss of package. You must contact me about loss of package within 3 MONTHS of the package being shipped. If you do not contact me within 3 months I cannot do anything about loss of package.
NOTE: If you did not choose tracked shipping I cannot do anything about loss of package.
What do the different pin grades mean?
Pins are graded A, B or C based on how many imperfections it may have.
A is the highest grade of pin meaning there are little to no flaws or unnoticeable flaws.
B is mid grade and may have some flaws like small bubbles and some noticeable marks in the metal.
C is the lowest grade and may have some flaws like small bubbles or chips in the enamel and marks in the metal but to a higher degree than B grade.
Please note that since enamel pins are made by hand even A grade may have minor flaws.
What should I do if there are a lot of imperfections in the pin I received?
If you happen to buy an A grade pin but the pin that arrived with many noticeable and visible flaws please message me with photos attached. I will refund for 20-30% (depending on the grade) of the cost of pin to make up for the lower grade pin you received.
