NuArtisans is open Monday - Friday from 10 - 6pm GMT.
Saturdays are half days, with some message checking when possible. We are closed on Sundays, on UK Bank holidays and during scheduled vacation periods.

Anything labeled with DIY, is a self-editing design. It stands for ‘do it yourself’, so you get immediate access to your design via an emailed link. Once edited you can download and use your design immediately. Nothing will be posted in the mail.

All DIY designs have a FREE preview available for you to try before you buy. Copy and paste the link found in the description and see your brand name live.

NB - Custom designs do not have a preview option.

NO. Due to the nature of the products sold, refunds, exchanges or cancellations cannot be made once the purchase has been processed. So please take time to consider your purchase or ask me questions in advance.

YES. Your logo or brand assets are designed for personal use or for use in your business. You may not alter, resell, re-distribute or manipulate any designs from NuArtisans. This is strictly prohibited unless otherwise discussed.

YES. We offer a custom service for designing branding assets to match your brand. Check out the ‘Custom Branding’ listing description to see what is possible.

To allow for the creative process and discussion with you - this service typically takes 2-3 weeks, but is project-specific, so ask in advance if you have a deadline to work to. You will also need to provide your specific details 'word for word' / 'letter by letter'. Being from the UK we can spell certain words differently. e.g. Jewellery for Jewelry.

YES. This is a big yes for custom projects, but only partially true for DIY designs. Most DIY logos come in black and white as standard. While the design elements can not be changed. In most situations, your font colours can be changed. We recommend taking advantage of the FREE preview to see all the elements available for change.

There is also the consideration for colour variation on screen or in print, this is dependent on your screen or printer configurations through to your paper type. To ensure brand consistency we recommend providing exact Hex (digital), RGB or Pantone (traditional 4 colour printing) references. YES. For fully custom projects. You are free to use the design files for personal use or directly on your business. Repackaging elements or the design in its entirety or selling any aspect of products is not permitted. Unless stated the copyright for DIY designs does not get transferred. We also reserve the right to use design products within our portfolio of work.
