Naomi, My shekere is so beautiful! It looks exactly like the pictures/video. I love it!! The bead colors are bright and well designed. The delicious glossy black paint on the outside and black matte finish on the inside shows the care and craftsmanship in every detail. It must have taken hours to make these beautiful designs on it. And, the sound is amazing! I can’t believe how loud it is. I can’t stop playing it! Although, I did not need to contact customer service, I gave them five stars for the very fast delivery, and the kind thank you note, along with an actual receipt, and business cards that were inside a well protected box. There was lots of big bubble wrap all around it. I received my shekere in 3 days! Numu delivers beautiful, unique products that are reasonably priced. I will definitely be orderinging again.

I ordered the red and white striped shekere. It arrived very promptly, was well-packaged, and sounds great! It's also beautiful - you can really see the craftsmanship. Also, the seller was very helpful when I had questions about the instrument before purchasing.
