All ohashii items are home-made and individually handmade to order in the UK. Due to the nature of handmade items, you may find some slight variations eg. in pattern placement - but rest assured the quality and the love put into each piece remains the same. Please allow up to 1cm discrepancy - you can refer back to size & measurements in our listing for reference. If there is a quality control issue with your order, please message me right away so I can resolve it for you as soon as possible.

🐕 Pet Collar: Disclaimer & Safety

Our handmade pet collars are listed as FASHION accessories, so please note that they are NOT suitable for dogs who pull on the leash, for leash training, regular sudden leash tugging movements, or as a primary form of outdoor leash attachment (please use a harness or a professional brand collar for this).

Please inspect all pet collars and accessories before using them to determine whether they are suitable for your pet and situation. Inspect all hardware and supplies regularly for signs of wear and tear and replace them when necessary. Our collars are made for fashion, not for heavy-duty use.

As always, please make sure your pet is supervised while wearing any pet accessories and avoid using them during rough plays or wet conditions.

❗ Face Coverings: Disclaimer & Safety

ohashii face coverings are not sold as a medical product nor should be used as a replacement of one where necessary. For ultimate safety, it is recommended to wash face coverings after every use and follow the guidance provided by your government.

Beware of small parts for children - if necessary, remove nose wire before use. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times while wearing face coverings.

💨 Face Covering: Compatible Filters

Our filter pocket design allows you to slot in filters for added layer and protection. Compatible filter and nose wire bundles are available in shop, though it is recommended that you check with health professionals when deciding which filter to use.

🧺 Face Covering: Care Instructions

WASH: Remove nose wire. Hand-wash/machine-wash below 40°c in a mesh laundry bag with similar colours. Do not bleach.

DRY: Reshape whilst damp and hang dry. Do not tumble dry.

IRON: Medium heat. Avoid ear cord. Remove nose wire. Do not iron directly on ohashii logos and prints.

Frequent washing may result in slight shrinkage or colour fade over time due to natural cotton properties. For delicate hand-embroidered items, please handle with care.
