Due to the nature of these products, no refunds will be issues after the final files have been downloaded or sent to you via email.
If you have trouble downloading the files, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
If a draft has been sent and then a cancellation request is submitted, we shall refund 25% of the original order in order to cover the cost of time spent creating your order.

Can I Print At A Copy Shop
Yes! The files can be printed at any print or copy shop. All photo centres like Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, Walmart, Vista Print, Kinkos etc, will have no problem printing these.
How Many Times Can I Print These Files?
You can print the files as may times as you like as long as it is for personal use.
Abandoned Orders
If all, or part of an order is left incomplete, awaiting information or feedback from the buyer, I will hold the order for 7 days. If the buyer does not respond after this period, such orders will be deemed "Abandoned" and either refunded, cancelled, or marked as shipped
How Long Do I Have To Edit My Template
All templates can be accessed and edited up to 6 months from date of purchase. It is up to the you as the customer to save, download and store your completed templates if you with to use these again in the future.
