CROCHET NECKLACES: Most of my customers usually wear their necklaces a bit longer than a choker. An XXS (10-11in) is around the size of an infant/toddler's neck, while the XS (12-13in) is the size I would wear as a choker. A S (14-15in) is the size I wear for a looser fit, while a M(16-17in) offers a more comfortable fit. More sizes are the L (18-19in) and an XL (20-21in). I recommend getting a size above what you measure. For the most part, the length of your jewelry does not increase the overall price except on select listings, like the Crochet Drop listing, which offers a size above and XL.

All of my gold & silver PLATED jewelry is tarnish resistant IF properly taken care, meaning that you store it in an area free of chemicals and away from water. Another way to ensure your jewelry remains cared for is to make sure you avoid physical activities, like exercise, and avoiding contact with water. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, otherwise any damages done to a piece of jewelry is self-inflicted and will not be replaced free of charge.

I do not offer special gift packaging because standard packaging includes a small organza party bag of random color in a bubble wrapped & padded package in order to guarantee that its durable throughout it’s journey to you.

CROCHET PIECES: In the occasion that you order the incorrect bead color, string color, or size for your piece of jewelry, even by mistake, the item CANNOT be returned or exchanged since it is specific to your order and difficult to resell. Crochet jewelry offers a wide variety of options to make it customizable, and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

When you don’t provide me with a bead color, string color, or size, I will contact you immediately, or if there is no response by the ship date, a full refund will be issued to your account.

OTHER JEWELRY: I am flexible with returns & exchanges; contact me ASAP!

DAMAGED JEWELRY: Jewelry that is broken by self-infliction will not be replaced free of charge.

A minimum purchase of 30 products is required for wholesale prices to be applied. I DO NOT have set prices for my products, your business can sell my jewelry as you see best fit.

I accept cancellations as long as they are made within 1 hour of purchase for crochet pieces, and before I ship it for all other pieces. I am very flexible with cancellations for my listings EXCEPT for crochet pieces. If you attempt to cancel a crochet necklace or another piece of crochet jewelry, your cancellation will not be approved as they are custom pieces and once they are made they are hard to resell if they are an intricate or personal design.

Again, other pieces of jewelry can be cancelled by messaging me before I have marked the item as shipped; cancellations are not approved after your package has shipped.
