Inventory shortages can occur and we do our best to have update to listings at all time but shortages are occurring across the united states. If for any reason there is a shortage with a item ordered you will be notified as soon as we know.
USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed for first class standard shipping and priority shipping. Upgraded shipping options at checkout do not change the processing time. If you need something by a certain date, please message me before you purchase.
Shop hours are Mon-Fri 9am-3pm pst. Messages will be responded to ASAP, but please allow 24-48 hours (M-F) for messages to be returned as I am busy working on orders during the day. Please do not send a message through Email as emails are not checked.

IMPORTANT SHIRT INFO..PLEASE READ!
▷ standard design for kids is 5.5" to 6,5" wide, infant is 4.5-5.5" wide. if you would like larger please let me know and we can discuss pricing and sizing.
▷ designs are standard for adults and used the same across all sizes.
▷ placement can vary on handmade items
▷ colors can vary based on screens and lighting
▷ not all colors match across sizes and styles.
example mauve adult shirts wont match child mauve shirts or forest youth shirts wont match forest toddler shirts, white toddler and white youth are off shades or navy unisex wont match navy womens, etc..due to the sizing the shades will be off slightly
How do the kids shirt sizes run?
ITS BEST TO MEASURE A SHIRT YOU ALREADY HAVE AND COMPARE TO CHART. I cannot stress this enough! :):)

ALL brands vary but MAJORITY of customers say: true to size
most shirts are unisex except for the ruffle shirts.
Unisex shirts are a boxier fit and it’s not uncommon to go down a size or 2. Please see the size chart :):)
When measuring a shirt to compare against the chart, please make sure it is super flat. There can be a tiny gap in measurements. Vendor says to allow for a +/- 10% in measurements.

Shirt colors can VARY by size. example a youth pink can be a little darker then a infant pink.
Can I cancel my order?
Only within 12 hour after ordering. It is the buyers responsibility to read and understand all production time frames.
Why 12 hours?
everything in my shop is made to order.
I offer many different options for shirt styles, font colors and font styles and dont keep a stock of anything pre-made. After 12 hours i purchase the shirt you would like and cut out the vinyl image in the customization requested. This helps keep costs down because i dont have to order a large quantity of one shirt at a time and you get to change anything on the shirt to your liking :)

Machine wash cold inside out.
Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.
Do not iron directly on design
No fabric softeners
No detergent with phosphates
Damaged or wrong item sent
If there is something wrong with the item or a error on our end please contact me so I can fix it within 3 days of receiving the order and we will fix the issue. Washing or wearing voids this.
If the wrong item is sent a return label will be sent and a refund issued so you can reorder. Since we are made to order and there are multiple working this is the fastest way to get you the correct item.
