Payment
Instant Transfers, Credit Cards and E-checks via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this system, and PayPal securely accepts all major credit cards.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
**Note: Any custom fees & duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the rules & regulations of your home country.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within one business day of payment and are shipped to the address specified in your Etsy account.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to otvdesigns" during checkout.
Items are shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Off the Vine Designs offers Free Shipping for purchases of at least $35 for customers in the contiguous USA.
Postage rates are beyond our control and if you have any questions about the shipping cost of your order please contact us. I am happy to weigh out the items for you to provide the most accurate estimate possible.

Off the Vine Designs is located in Clearwater, Florida, USA.
• Shipping within the contiguous USA normally takes 2-3 working days.
• Packages shipped to USA normally take 5-8 working days.
• Shipping to Europe normally take around 2 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.
• Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
Because of the low shipping costs, orders are not insured or traceable. If you do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me and I will discuss it with you. If it has been more than 4 weeks (8 weeks internationally) since your order shipped, it's likely that I will re-send it.
If you prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage and traceable, please contact me and request upgraded shipping and I will send you a price quote and then a PayPal invoice for the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

OTHER-POLICIES-AND-INFO:
Off the Vine Designs creations are intended for adults and are not suitable for children as will not stand up to vigorous play and they include small parts that could easily be swallowed.
