Frequently asked questions

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are thoughtfully packaged to ensure they reach your mailbox safely. Earrings come in a small, branded pouch. However, if you’d like to store your jewelry more meticulously, I offer the option of an anti-tarnish bag for a small fee.

Sending a gift? If you’d like include a short handwritten note, just contact me after you’ve made your purchase.

Care instructions

Think of your polymer clay earrings as small pieces of art. Although they are made to be worn, they do need to be treated with care.

• Please be mindful when inserting and removing from your earlobe. Dropping and bending the earrings may cause them to break.
• When not wearing your earrings, store them in a clean, dry place, away from other jewelry that may cause scratches.
• Remove earrings before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.
• Avoid contact with makeup, hair products, and perfumes as the oils and dyes may stain the clay.
• If you need to clean your earrings, lightly wipe with a lint-free jewelry cloth. For particularly stubborn dirt, a cotton swab with a small amount of acetone may work—but too much will begin to dissolve the clay.
