Custom and personalised orders
I offer custom and personalized ring services to help you create a piece that matches your vision. If you have a specific design idea, stone preference, metal choice, or special request, please feel free to contact me.
Rush Order
Since my rings are made to order, the standard production time is usually 2–3 weeks, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping.
If you need your ring sooner, I offer a rush production service for an additional AUD $85 fee. With rush service, your ring can typically be completed within approximately 2 weeks before shipping.
If you have a specific deadline, such as a proposal date or special occasion, please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm the timeline.
Sizing details
My rings are available in standard US ring sizes, typically from US size 3 to US size 9.
If you need a smaller or larger size, please contact us before ordering. I can usually create a custom size to ensure your ring fits comfortably and perfectly.
I recommend confirming your correct ring size before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Is Payment Plan available?
Yes, I offer a payment plan to make your purchase more flexible.
Please note the following terms:
1. A minimum first payment of AUD $100 is required to begin production of your ring.
2. Your order will only be shipped after the full payment has been completed.

About Return & Refund Policy
I offer a 30-day return and exchange service. Please contact me within 14 days from the delivery date and return the item within 30 days from the delivery date. However, if the ring has no quality problems, returns and exchanges will incur a certain fee. If there is a quality issue with the ring, I will refund you in full. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, these items can't be returned:
1. Custom rings (including curved wedding bands customized to match your engagement ring)
2.Engraved rings
3.Eternity bands
4. Rings smaller than size 3 or larger than size 9
5. An exchange order (orders that have already been replaced will not be accepted for a second exchange or return).
Cancel Order before shipping
Yes, cancellation requests can be accepted before your order has been shipped.
If you contact me within 24 hours after placing your order, I can cancel your order without any additional charge.
For cancellation requests made after 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the preparation, processing, and production work already completed for your order.
Do You Offer a Warranty for Your Jewelry?
Yes, I provide a one-year free warranty service for my jewelry.
If a side stone becomes loose or falls out within one year under normal use, I will provide a replacement stone free of charge.
For issues occurring after the one-year warranty period, I can still assist with repairs, and additional costs such as stone replacement or repair fees may apply depending on the situation.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds.
A lab-grown diamond has the same chemical composition, crystal structure, hardness, and brilliance as a natural diamond. The main difference is how it is created.
Natural diamonds are formed deep within the Earth over billions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled laboratory environment using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond-growing process.
My lab-grown diamonds are professionally graded and available with certification, including IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification, which verifies important quality factors such as Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight.
