A Link to Misfortune is such a fun little zine! I'm a big fan of A Link to the Past, and it's really interesting to see this game through the eyes of someone playing it for the first time. The art is cute and charming, and the jokes will definitely be relatable to anyone who's ever embarked on a digital adventure.

Flightless is a thoughtful and bittersweet fable with beautiful illustrations. I love the delicate shojo manga art style, and I appreciate that the story ends in a way that inspires reflection and contemplation. This story was clearly created with love, and it’s a very interesting piece of work!

The Feline Guide to Grief is a heartfelt and touching minicomic about processing the passing of a pet. This is a difficult experience to address, but the artist approaches the subject with consummate kindness and sensitivity. The comic is exactly as long as it needs to be, and it’s a welcome reminder to treasure the moments you have with your companions. A truly lovely zine.

Fantastic Words is filled with fun wordplay and cute illustrations. This minizine is super fun and encourages creative reflection on the reader’s own personal lexicon.

I really admire the soft and delicate manga-inspired art style, which is a great fit for the theme, and I appreciate the gentle pushback against the numbers game of social media. This zine is an interesting and engaging portrait of the artist's personal journey, and it's also a lovely source of inspiration to anyone attempting to carve out their safe space for a creative practice.

Corvidae is a marvelously drawn comic with a powerful message. Even without much dialogue, the artist skillfully conveys an all-too-familiar story. The sense of creeping menace is palpable, as is the catharsis of a crisis narrowly averted. I flew through the comic, but I enjoyed it so much that I immediately went back to appreciate the details of the art and storytelling. I very much appreciate the artist’s notes at the end, which add context and welcome boost of support for any reader who sees their own experiences reflected in the pages.
