How can I use my portrait?
Once you receive your digital portrait, you’re free to print it, share it, or display it however you like. If you opt for a physical print, it’s ready to hang on the wall straight away!
What makes a great photo for your portrait?
1. Good Lighting is Key! Ensure the photo of your pet is taken in a bright, well-lit area. Natural lighting works best, and try to avoid using filters for the clearest image.
2. Get Up Close! The photo should be taken from the front, with your pet’s ears, head, neck, and chest clearly visible. A close-up helps us capture all the details needed for a great portrait.
What background options do I have?
You can choose any color background you like, or if you prefer, we can even create a custom background to suit your pet’s personality!
How long will it take to complete my portrait? (Digital Downloads )
We aim to send your digital print within 24 hours, but please be mindful that each piece takes time and care to create.
What if I’m not completely happy with my portrait?
While our artists put great effort into capturing your pet’s likeness, we understand sometimes things can be missed. Don’t worry – we offer unlimited revisions until you’re completely happy with your portrait.
Are revisions charged?
Revisions are free as long as they are within the scope of your original order. Please make sure all details and preferences are specified in your order notes.
What is the quality of my digital file?
We provide a high-resolution file, which you can print in any size you prefer.
