All our items are 'made-to-order'. We require up to 4 business days to complete an order (often we ship before then!). If you need it sooner, please send us a message.

Shipping times depend on where you are located, please check the individual FAQ for your locations. Please be aware that there may be delays due to covid-19 outside our control!

We're in YVR but because we're close to the border between Canada and the USA, we can take advantage of USPS's more reasonable postage rates and save YOU money.

What this means is that our standard shipping method for Canadian orders is USPS First Class Mail International. This keeps the costs down BUT the trade off is that shipping times can take up to 8 weeks (due to covid). We know it sucks, but Canada Post charges $15 to ship something within our own province where USPS charges $5.

If you would like to pay the more expensive Canada Post rates for us to ship via Expedited (1-7 days within Canada) we can, just send us a msg and we'll get a quote. In some listings we offer the ability to upgrade during checkout.

USA orders ship out of Blaine, WA via USPS first class mail (2-10 days).

We are in Vancouver, Canada and we use a courier that drives over the border allowing us to ship from the states so that you get your order faster and can take advantage of the USPS rates which are far more reasonable than Canada Post.

We offer the ability to upgrade to USPS Priority 1-3 Days during checkout- if you're on a tight deadline we highly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority.

THE REMOVAL OF THE DEMINIMIS EXEMPTION HAS HEAVILY IMPACTED US AND SOME PACKAGES END UP DELAYED AND REROUTED. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL SO PLEASE ANTICIPATE THE POSSIBILITY OF DELAYS. All our items are handmade in Canada and CUSMA compliant so you won't pay any tariffs.

All international orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Packages come with tracking but it's up to the recipient's country's mail system to decide whether they will use those tracking numbers. This means that once it leaves the USA, unless your country has partnered with USPS for tracking, you won't see further updates until it arrives at your door.

Shipping times vary greatly depending on the country and as a rule of thumb we recommend allowing 9 weeks for shipping (JUST IN CASE!) - Covid-19 has resulted in some countries taking over 2 months to deliver mail.

Yes! Provided you have a high resolution image that would lend itself well to this (images with high detail are not going to work as well as basic line art). Please send us a message for more details.

Yes! We have a minimum order quantity for wholesale and for our retail customers we offer a discount when buying 5 or more of the same design. Please send us a message!

While the internet is available 24/7, we, unfortunately, are not! We try and respond to message within 1 business day and are on Pacific Standard Time. We usually answer questions in the mornings as we are in the studio making your orders in the afternoons. Thanks for understanding!

We want you to love your Pieces of II and will do our best to make things right. We offer an unconditional return within 7 days of receipt (just send us a message to initiate a return) provided that your piece is in new, unused condition with all gift packaging that you received.*

*buyer is responsible for return shipping and any customs/duty fees
*custom orders or orders with customization can not be returned or exchanged
*cost of shipping will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that we made a mistake we will of course make it right at no cost to you.

Our pendants are made from our own private collection of antique wax seals, some of which date as far back as 500 years! Each pendant is hand stamped, not cast from a mould. This means every single pendant is completely one of a kind. No two will ever be the same, so you have a truly unique piece. While the seal impression is the same, the edges, or "wax ooze" will always be different.

It's a 7 step process to make each pendant, and we make each one, one at a time. They're stamped, sanded, heated to the metal's melting point, quenched, brushed, burnished, and finally antiqued to bring out the beautiful details of the seal impression. The back of our pendants have a very small maker's mark of our brand on them.

The dates below are the latest you can place your order to ensure it arrives in time for Christmas but this isn't guaranteed due to the possibility of delays outside of our control due to COVID-19.
