5 out of 5 starsI didn't need customer service but shipping was really fast, I got it unless then 4 days. The quality of the shirt is really nice and thick - it's made of 100% Cotton. And the "little chef" imprint is super cute. I like that it's meant to be the same color as Remy from the film 🙃

WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
Your item will ship within 3-5 business days. Preorder items typically ship within 3 weeks of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is on the way!
HOW WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
Your item will ship USPS FirstClass or Priority Mail depending on weight.
WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING?
We pride ourselves in quickly shipping orders and are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to USPS. If you have a shipping issue that results in your order being lost or delayed, please open a case with USPS online and notify us by sending a message on Etsy. Please note that we see the same tracking details that you do. The quickest way to track down your package is to open a case with USPS.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We work with several small businesses in Florida to print and embroider our apparel. Sticker Mule is our supplier for stickers.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Yes! To return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We will not refund the cost of shipping, nor will we cover shipping costs to return the item. Hats, pre-orders, stickers, and sale items are NON-RETURNABLE.
The quickest way to exchange an item is to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, return the item, and then place a separate order for the new item.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We diligently check every product before listing it and sending it out, but we do not always catch minor quirks or flaws. If you are unhappy with the quality of your item, please immediately notify us by sending us a message on Etsy. We will do our best to correct the situation!
HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR MY PIXIE SHIRT?
To preserve your shirt, wash it on cold inside out. Dry it on low heat.
