I ship your order using upcycled (e.g., used Amazon, Sephora mailboxes with plastic tapes) OR 100% plastic-free kraft paper boxes.

I use compostable gift wrapping such as flower paper or flower petals from my back yard.

Returns and exchange

Plantish does not accept returns or exchanges as returned inventory in the US alone creates over 15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

If the tracking number status is delivered, unfortunately, I won't be able to cover stolen or misplaced packages.
