We design thoughtful keepsakes, cozy gifts, mugs, tees, journals, and meaningful pieces made to speak from the heart. Our shop is built around the simple things that matter: encouragement, memory, faith, family, heritage, creativity, and everyday joy.

I personalize each item specially for you. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins

Shipping & Handling

FREE domestic shipping on all orders $35+.
Processing times vary by item since each piece is made-to-order. Once shipped, you’ll receive full USPS tracking information. Please note that shipping delays are outside my control, but I’m always here to help if you need support.

I placed my order by accident—can it be canceled?

I completely understand mistakes happen! However, because every personalized item begins production quickly, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they are submitted, even if placed by accident.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or with a shop error, I will gladly replace it at no cost.
Please message me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so I can take care of it right away.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

If production hasn’t started yet, I may be able to update your personalization—please message me ASAP.
Once your order begins production, changes can no longer be made.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If USPS confirms a package is lost, I’ll work with you to replace it.
Carrier delays are beyond my control, but I will always help you navigate the situation.
