FEBRUARY 7 2024 UPDATE: WOW! I have had a HUGE spike in orders this month. I am extremely grateful for the support. For the time being, I have extended my processing time for ALL ORDERS to 1-3 business weeks. This will give me time to catch up and hopefully be able to restock. If something is out of stock, I'm so sorry! I'm working as fast as I can. Once I get my backlog back under control, I will begin restocking things. :)


JANUARY 2024 UPDATE: Happy New Year! I have changed all candles to MADE TO ORDER for the time being. While I still aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, this should make it easier to shop with me, as candles will not go out of stock so quickly! Please be kind as I make this transition, as I'm sure my workload will increase because of it. My processing time has been extended to 1-3 weeks, although some orders will go out faster, depending on what is already on the shelf.

I HAVE DISCONTINUED SHIPPING INSURANCE: I liked being able to offer additional protection, but I found that it was generally difficult for buyers to actually use when they needed to, due to complicated fine print with USPS's policy. For the time being, I have decided to stop offering additional package insurance until their coverage policy becomes consistent.

Nearly all listings have had their photos updated and the shop is almost fully polished! There are still a handful of stragglers and a few hiccups, but I hope you love the new look as much as I do! I'm looking forward to 2024!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
**When will you restock [insert item here]?**
As soon as I can! I handle making every item and packaging orders entirely on my own, which means that it can be difficult for me to keep up. From time to time, I put orders on "Made To Order" mode which allows me to fulfill orders over several weeks. This is due to the small space I'm working with and the number of products. I can see when things are sold out, and I will get to them as soon as I can, but generally the answer is that I try to restock each item at least once a month. Turning shop notifications on and favoriting the item you want is your best bet for securing it! Unfortunately I CANNOT DM YOU to remind you when something is back in stock- I receive 10-15 messages a week requesting this service, and the "favorite item" button will be much more efficient for you!

**My perfume oil leaked! What do I do?**
During extremely hot or cold shipping conditions, perfume oils expand and contract within their bottles. They are overfilled to account for a small amount of seepage during shipping! If the bottle wipes clean and still appears to be full, you have not lost more than a few drops. If you believe your bottle is faulty and is repeatedly leaking, feel free to send me a message which includes photographs of the area of concern!

**My candle/body butter arrived MELTED! What do I do?**
During extremely hot shipping conditions, candles or body butters may melt in transit, especially if left in a hot mailbox for several days. This is out of my control and is not an issue I will refund. To rescue your candle, you can use a blowdryer on high heat but low air to gently melt the candle until the wick is lightable! If your body butter is melted in transit, this will not effect its use, just its appearance and whipped texture. Pop it in the fridge and it will be a body balm. :)

**My item arrived BROKEN!**
Don't panic!!!! Take several clear photos of the damage immediately, including a picture of the packaging, and be careful not to touch shattered glass without protection. Do not injure yourself trying to save your candle! Should your order arrived damaged, please DM me for information on how to submit a claim, as you may be covered under Etsy's protection.

**How Do I Keep My Soaps From Melting?**
Cold Process Soap doesn't melt! If you live in an area of high humidity, your soap bar might get slightly sticky or develop "glycerin dew" crystals on it. If this happens, just wipe them off! But they will never melt!

**What wax do you use for your candles?**
I use a custom blended, all natural parasoy wax blend! The primary wax for my blend is food grade paraffin, which is a natural product made from vegetable oils and is clean burning and nontoxic. It is also a recycled product! It gives candles beautiful gloss and color. I mix my food grade paraffin with all natural soy because I love the texture of soy!

**What kind of fragrances do you use? I don't understand the scent notes!**
All of my fragrances are perfumery quality fragrance oils which are phthalate free, cruelty free, and vegan. Perfume quality fragrances might not be what you expect. They are high end, multilayered, complex, and evolve over time! Some smells may not be what you expect because of their high quality and delicate nature. If you're unsure about a fragrance and don't know how to interpret the listed scent notes, please send me a message and I will do my best to describe it more thoroughly for you.

**I have an allergy! Can I see an allergen list?**
Please message me if allergies are a concern. I have full allergen lists for all of my fragrances available upon request and can help troubleshoot sensitivities- but I am NOT a professional! Please always patch test skincare products before applying.

**Can I eat the soap?**
