Will my purchase be shipped physically?
No. All of the listings in my Etsy shop are digital and everything will be sent to you as a digital file.
Can I upload these emotes to BTTV (BetterTTV)?
Yes, you can upload these emotes to your BetterTTV channel, but ONLY if you do not make them public or give it to other people to put onto their BetterTTV channels. Doing this will break my TOS you agree to by purchasing my listings.
Can I upload the emotes I purchased to my Discord server?
Yes, you can upload your emote to Discord using the 112x112px png file provided to you in your emote order!
Can I edit your emotes or hire other artists to edit them?
No. If you would like edits made to my emotes, please contact me to discuss recolours or commissioning custom emotes suited to your needs. Please do not edit, trace, redesign, or hire anybody else to work with any of my listings.
Do you take commissions for personalized emotes?
Yes! Though currently my commissions are closed, but when they are open, I offer commissions through my personal website Puptea.me where, currently, you can view examples of my work and view my prices and terms of service!
Can I get a specific set of your emotes recoloured by you?
Yes! I am more than happy to recolour any of my premade emote sets in my shop to something that better suits you and your Twitch channel/Discord server! And yes, recolours are almost always free!
(I also ask if you're alright with the recolours being available to others on Etsy to enjoy by adding it to my shop, or if you would prefer it to be custom to you. You're welcome to choose either option as this won't effect your recolours!)
