Do you offer printed services?
Yes, printed invitations are now available on select listings. For printed invitation orders, you will edit and approve your design in Corjl, then I will submit the approved proof for professional printing through Corjl’s print fulfillment service.
I do not personally print or ship the invitations. Printed orders are professionally printed and shipped directly to you.

What is Corjl and how does it work?
Corjl is an online tool that allows you to personalize your design right after purchasing. NO software is needed. Edit within your web browser.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Make sure your email address associated with your Etsy account is current and up to date.
2. Add the listing to your cart and purchase.
3. After purchasing, you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access your template. Please wait for a few minutes for Corjl to send you the email.
You can also go directly to Corjl.com then create an account or login if you already have one.
4. Start editing your template.
5. Save, download, and print.
I didn't receive an email from Corjl. What should I do?
You can go directly to Corjl.com.
If you paid using Apple Pay and opt to use the "Hide My Email" feature, there's a chance Corjl will not be able to send you an email because your Etsy email address is showing as a dummy email that usually ends with @privaterelay.appleid.com.
If this happens, you can send me a message and I'll send you a link to access your template. Or you can also go to Corjl website and click 'Edit a purchased item'.
How can I access my template directly from Corjl website?
Simply follow the steps below
• Go to Corjl.com
• Click 'Edit My Design'.
• Sign up for an account if you're new, or log in if you already have one.
• You'll be redirected to your Corjl dashboard.
• Find your template and click 'Open Order' next to it.
• Alternatively, use the 'Search Orders' bar and enter your Order Number.
How can I download my non-editable digital purchases?
To download your non-editable digital file(s), go to your Purchases page at www.etsy.com/your/purchases.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
If you checked out as a GUEST, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
My Corjl template has expired. Can I still access it?
All templates are valid for one year. If your template expires, don’t worry—just send me a message, and I’ll renew it for you.
How many photos can I send for the topper? And what is the turnaround time?
You can upload up to 3 photos. I will select the 2 I believe will work best and provide a sample for you to review.
If you send just 1 photo, I’ll assume it’s your final choice and will proceed with creating the final file.
⏳ Turnaround time is 2–3 business days (weekdays)
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Once the final files have been sent, photo changes, cancellations, and refunds will no longer be possible.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
For DIGITAL items, refunds are only available if the files or templates have not been downloaded or accessed. Etsy only allows refunds within 180 days from the purchase date.
For TOPPERS, once the final files have been sent, photo changes, design changes, color changes, cancellations, and refunds are no longer possible.
For PRINTED invitations, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the proof has been approved or the order has been submitted for printing. Please review all details carefully before approving your proof.
I need help. When are you online?
I am online every Monday to Friday 3PM to 12AM (GMT+8 Manila Time). This corresponds to:
• 12AM to 9AM (PT)
• 2AM to 11AM (CT)
• 3AM to 12PM (ET)
Please take note of the time difference. I check my messages when I have free time during the weekend. 😊
