My journey into the world of jewelry design ♡
Hi and welcome to my shop.
My name is Rina Lutzky Levy, the owner and creator of Rina Jewelry Design.
For most of my life, I worked in the forensic department of the police forces as the head of the drug profiling unit. I worked with serious chemicals daily, and as a result, ended up with a neurological injury that manifested as a loss of sensation in my fingertips. I began looking for a way to flip this bad situation on its head and regain feeling in my fingers. The gentle motor skills involved in working knitting needles seemed like the way to go.
As I continued to hone my craft and discover new knitting techniques, I began incorporating beading and jewelry creation into my creative work. I fell in love with the world of creation and found myself knitting jewelry non-stop. Before I knew it, a business was born.
In my jewelry, you will find only the highest quality materials. I work with 24-carat gold plating and 925 sterling silver, among other metals. The luxurious yarn I use is synthetic silk, making all my designs 100% vegan and eco-friendly.
