RockinResin is taking a short break

Note from shop owner Rockin Resin has been in business for 11+ years on Etsy with over 50,000 sales and a 5 star rating. The owner, Megan, passed away recently very unexpectedly. Megan had over 1200 items listed in her shop. Etsy has been working with us, her husband and mom. Our new shop will be RockinResins. Unfortunately, we are unable to continue her same shop name. but just add a "s" to the prior name and you will see many of the same items. We are looking to sell larger quantities when possible to liquidate the stock. If someone was looking for a home business, we would consider selling the business and stock. RockinResins is Now Active. We are adding listings daily, but they will be for larger quantities. If you have a need and don't need a large quantity, just message me at RockinResins. Both her husband and myself (her mom) have been involved with the business over the years. Megan had many repeat customers with almost 13,000 reviews. We are so proud of Megan and the business she created.

When do you ship & what type of shipping do you use?

Shipments go out 1-3 business days after ordering. Shipments are packed up the evening before shipping. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Please refer to your Etsy receipt for shipping time frame and tracking #'s after shipping.

♥ UNITED STATES: Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. If you need a priority mail upgrade, check out: http://etsy.me/1hTENie

♥ INTERNATIONAL: I ship 1st class international. Please refer to the USPS website for shipping times regarding your specific country. Delivery can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks or even more depending on weather, customs, etc. Please be aware of this before ordering.

Can I pick colors/designs? Can I only purchase one?

If you need certain colors, etc, you need to ask before purchasing. Post-sale comments in payments, etc, may or may not be honored.

I do not break up cabochon lots or sell just one of something.

I received my order but something is missing, broken, or wrong with it, what now?

Please send me a convo with the issue. Customer service is important to me and I always strive to have happy customers. If a mistake has been made or something happened during shipping, I will do my best to make it right.

Before leaving a rating, I would appreciate a chance to correct any issues.

Do you send a printed invoice or shipping list?

To save some trees, I do not. Your receipts can be accessed online from within your Etsy account.
