I love to build and fix things!

My dad was a wholesale hardware salesman and often brought home tools for me and explained how to use them.

My curiosity as a young teenager led me to tear apart the lawnmower at a young age of around 12! Needless to say dad was not pleased! “It better be running tomorrow when I get home” .... and it was.

I spent many years in my younger days as a machine repairman and maintenance supervisor in the plastics injection molding industry.

I always loved being able to fix things that were broken and soon discovered that it was just as enjoyable to build things from scratch.

Again influenced by my dad who was always into “fix - recycle - reuse” I began to build things from reclaimed pallet wood.

Not all of my items are from reclaimed wood, but it’s my favorite medium so far.

I started this business because I now have the time to do something I’ve always wanted to do.

I believe that custom handcrafted products made from reclaimed and recycled materials is a good thing to do.

I want to build pieces that the people want to have. If they (you) have an idea or a picture of something that they would like to have, or a problem that needs to be solved; like a unique size or storage problem; I want a shot at building it for them.

I take pride in my pieces and strive to provide the best quality I can. “if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right”.
