Frequently asked questions
Do you package orders in plastic sleeves?
All orders are wrapped in vellum paper before being placed in an A6 paper envelope. I currently do not offer plastic sleeve packaging. If you'd like any weather protection for your order, make sure you select the "weather protection" shipping upgrade in check out -- those orders will be sent in a recycled poly bubble mailer.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes, all orders will come with tracked shipping. Please note that most orders are packed and shipped in an A6 invitation envelope, which uses Etsy's built-in tracking feature. Unfortunately, Etsy's built-in tracking is not super reliable and may never update past the "Pre-Transit" stage despite being sent off in the mail, which is completely outside of my control. If you're worried about exactly where your order is, please select the "weather protection" shipping upgrade at checkout to have your order shipped in a recycled poly bubble mailer with more reliable tracking.
