I need a printable FAST. Do you charge a rush-fee?
NO. I do not charge for rush-orders.
My MAXIMUM turnaround is 2 days, but I almost always have the file ready within 24 hours (usually sooner). You can speed up the process by using the Etsy app with notifications turned on or checking your email frequently (check your Etsy notifications aren't going to your spam folder).
If you need your files before that, just flick me an Etsy message BEFORE you order and let me know you're in a rush. If I am able, I will create your files immediately (or as soon as possible- I will let you know when I can). Please keep in mind that I am in Australia, so it is unlikely I will be able to complete your order immediately if it is the wee hours of the morning where I live.
Refunds for custom and personalised orders
Custom and personalised items are not eligible for exchange or refund once I have customised/personalised your order.
Where can I print my file if I can't ptint at home?
You can print your file at home or take it to a local or online print service. Here are some common options by country:

No physical item is posted. You’ll receive high-resolution digital files to download and print yourself.

How will I receive my file?
Your personalised file will be sent via an Etsy message. If your file is large or includes multiple sizes, I’ll send a Google Drive link instead. You don’t need a Google account — just click the link to download.
Please make sure your Etsy notifications are turned on and your email address listed with Etsy is up to date so you receive notifications. Otherwise, you may miss your file delivery.
Can I use the files for commercial purposes?
These printables are for personal use only. Commercial use or resale is not permitted.
How long will it take to receive my file?
Most personalised files are sent within 24–48 hours (often sooner). If you need it urgently, please message me before purchasing and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
