The item was shipped promptly and packed carefully with a handwritten, thoughtful note inside. I am absolutely in love with this piece and I am so pleased with my purchase. You have a remarkable talent! After posting a photo of my new purchase, several people reached out to me to inquire whether I might consider selling it to them to which I, of course, responded it was not.
