Is the price I see under each picture for one bar of soap/product, or for the number in the picture?
The listed price is per bar/product unless otherwise stated. We show multiple bars/products to highlight the slight variations associated with our products. Because they are handmade each bar will differ and you may not receive the exact bar pictured.

I entered a wrong mailing address and my package has been sent to the wrong address. Can you send a replacement?

It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

If you have any allergies, PLEASE READ OUR INGREDIENTS LIST THROUGHLY. Many of our products contain vegan-friendly ingredients such as oats, rice or coconut milk, or essential oils, and are dye- and fragrance-free. These may be a suitable alternative for you. Also it is possible that our products may not suit your skin type at all, so please keep that in mind, although we do hope it does suit your skin type. If you have any uncertainty, please feel free to contact us for clarification. If you experience any irritation, please please discontinue use right away!

We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, and safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. However we do offer refunds (on a case by case basis) if you are not satisfied with the product.

We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer our soaps, shampoo bars, and many other products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.
