3 out of 5 starsThis seller tried very hard to get the stone I wanted but she couldn't find one but I thought the stone was very light in color like the picture lesson learned ask about the color of the stone they vary drastically

I immediately let this customer know that I had difficulty finding an exact match of the stone. I spent all day driving across my state, purchasing several stones, all at retail prices (more than twice what I normally would have paid), sent her pictures of all the stones I purchased, and she picked out the one she wanted. I continually and gladly offered her a full refund at each and every opportunity. I REALLY wish she would have taken me up on the refund. After going through the costly and time-consuming process of trying to satisfy her, to get a review like this is exceptionally disappointing.
