5 out of 5 starsI am literally obsessed with this product, the shop owner could not have been more patient with me while also being so helpful in making sure that I was sure in my design, they had no issue messaging me back and forth to ensure they understood what I was asking for. the veil got here so quickly but I made sure to order it wayyyy in advance otherwise it took like about 3 weeks ish, I literally just love this veil and cannot wait to wear it on my special day

I cannot thank her enough for giving me reassurance that it would come out exactly the way I wanted it. It just arrived today - packed very nicely and well. I live in the US - was worried that it was going to be wrinkled. It wasn’t at all upon opening. The tulle is very soft and everything I was looking for. Sizing
Please note that we can send you a standard-sized dress in 1 - 5 working days. You can see our size chart in every listing (photo).
Also, we can make the dress by your measurements and send it to you from 7 days. The dress fits better. In this case, we'll send you an instruction to take your measurements and help with that.
Customization
Please note that we can apply changes to the models:
shorter/longer sleeve, forms of the sleeve,
open/closed back,
change the form/depth of the neckline,
combine the parts of different dresses,
add/remove layers of the tulle for the skirt,
add/remove the train,
another colour of the dress,
decoration, embroidery, buttons, belts, etc...

Rush order
If you are in rush, just let us know and we'll do our best to help you to get your wedding dress in time.
Rules of return
1. Standard-sized dress (up to EU40/US8) can be returned within 21 days of delivery unless was used or damaged in original conditions and packaging.
2. There is no refund available for tailor-made dresses, veils, gloves, or bows, not for items on sale.
3. Please note that in rare cases (due to some changes in your body shape) the service of your local seamstress may be needed for the perfect fit on the figure, we do not cover these costs.
4. Unclaimed packages will be processed by the delivery company and won’t be refunded.
5. In case of a return we charge you the cost of delivery there and back.
6. Making the purchase, you agree with our policy.
Delivery cost & time
We ship worldwide carefully packed from Ukraine and with a tracking number.
All long wedding dresses we ship by DHL Express for FREE, it takes 3 - 7 days.
For the rest of the items, we use the standard shipping is FREE and takes about 1 - 4 weeks depending on the destination, customs, weather conditions, etc. If prefer fast delivery, please let us know.
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and import duties levied upon arrival.
Before shipping, we check carefully every item.
Care instructions
Please open the box carefully.
The dress is closely packed so it can wrinkle a bit.
Hang it (some models has a special bow) and in some days it must get straight.
Iron the dress with a not too hot steam iron.
Cold hand wash
Do not bleach
Do not wring
Do not dry clean
Please keep the dress in dress cover with no direct sun rays.
To keep the dress in good condition for years, we recommend to clean it right after the wedding.
