I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.


Data Retention:
I only keep information for the sole purpose of fulfilling your orders, for my own records, and what is deemed fair use in my business within the parameters of the law. I generally keep your records for five (5) years.


Transference of Data Outside of the EU:
I am located in Fort Worth, Texas, USA - outside of the EU. I currently do not use third party hosting sites to store information, but may in the future, and will update my privacy policies to reflect the security measures used by these third parties. Some information is downloaded onto my computer for bookkeeping and tax purposes. My computer is password protected and has antivirus software. Choosing to shop with a company outside of the EU means your data is subject to a new jurisdiction and subsequently new laws. However, I protect your rights upon the transference with the above security measures.


Your Rights:
• As a residence of the EU, you are subject to rights and privacy laws under the GDPR law.
• You have the right to revoke your permissions at any time except where it is legal for Sagely Sparrow to keep them for the processing of my business requirements by law.

• You have the right to withdraw from any mailing list or social media outlet at any time.
• You have the right to complain to your local data protection agency about the information I keep that is outside of what is required by law.
