Please remember that although my jewelry is sturdy, it is still delicate and silver is a soft metal. As with any jewelry, things break on occasion If you come across this, please reach out and send photos and we will resolve the issue as needed!

International orders are final sale, no exchanges or returns are allowed.

If you need to exchange for a different size and it is not in stock, you can choose a different item, or I will ship you the correct size once it is available.

If you are unsure of your ring size send me message and I will send you a pdf print out of a ring sizer! Once you print it out, follow the instructions carefully and make sure you tighten the paper around your finger to get an accurate reading. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to user error.

You can also go to a local jewelry and have them size your finger for you, this is the most accurate way to know your size!

All of my jewelry is made of nickel free 925 sterling silver and semiprecious stones.

As a result of a chemical reaction with oxygen or sulfur particles in the air, sterling silver can tarnish - meaning that it can appear darker or look dirty. However, this is a natural reaction that occurs with all sterling silver and usually happens when not properly stored or by not being worn. The oils in our body actually help prevent it from becoming dirty or tarnished, so the more it is worn, the better!

If you notice it tarnishing, there is no need to worry! Simply using a silver polish cloth will shine it right back up. The quality of the silver is NOT affected, it is just a layer that sits on top of the metal that can easily be wiped away!

Gold vermeil jewelry is made of a thick layer of solid gold over sterling, meaning with proper care, this can last a really long time. In order to be considered vermeil, it must have a minimum gold thickness of 2.5 microns and be at least 10 karats pure. Our vermeil is 14k gold that is 2.5 microns thick over sterling silver, giving you the look and feel of solid gold jewelry at a fraction of the price!

- Our jewelry is plated with longevity as our priority which is why we use a thickness of gold that is significantly higher than the industry standards. However, as with any jewelry that is not solid gold, plating can naturally rub off over time when consistently exposed to environmental factors like air pollution, moisture and items like lotions and perfumes. SO, the more you remove your jewelry before showering, working out, swimming, applying creams or sanitizers, the longer it will last!

Will it be ok if it gets wet from time to time? Yes, but to help extend the life of your piece, we suggest to remove your jewelry BEFORE doing any of the above!

You likely will not receive the same exact stone as shown in the photo but something very similar. We have many different stones and we can’t possibly photograph them all, however we show many different examples of the variations in color, texture and inclusions so you can get an idea of the range. These are semi precious, natural stones so no two will ever be the same. This is simply part of each stone's unique, natural characteristics. Please keep this in mind upon placing your order! If there are specific characteristics you are looking for, please reach out with a description and we can send you photos of what is available. Returns will not be granted due to dislike of the stone if pre selected, but you can exchange for something else!

Turquoise ranges significantly in color from shades of blue to green. No two are the same and they are all unique in color and characteristics. They can be two toned, have lots of inclusions, little or none. Remember, these are natural stones, and part of each stone's unique characteristics. PLEASE keep in mind that Turquoise is just the name of the stone. It has a reputation for being a tropical ocean blue color, but that is not always the case and again is just the name, not color. Turquoise can be light blue, teal, mint, forest green, light green and many variations of the colors. If there are specific characteristics you want, reach out and we can send photos. Returns will not be granted due to dislike of a stone but you can exchange.
