WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?
Unfortunately, your package may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control once your package leaves our care. (ie. USPS transit delays, weather, holidays, etc.) While nearly all order arrive on time and without issue, occasionally USPS lets us down. In the rare cases this happens, please know we equally share in your frustration!
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?
Moxie Maven is not responsible for packages once marked delivered by USPS. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, it is up to the customer to contact their local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim and have the missing package investigated.
I'M UNSURE OF HOW SOMETHING WILL FIT. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE SIZE THAT’S RIGHT FOR ME?
Every product has a size chart within its listing. Want to know the trick to ordering the perfect size? Measure your favorite fitting tee for body length (from top to bottom) and body width (pit to pit) and match it to the measurements in the product listing. Voilá!
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ITEM?
After a love that lasts? Here’s how to care for your apparel items from Moxie Maven to keep them in your closet for the long haul.
When washing, turn the garment inside-out and wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle (avoid harsh detergents and fabric softeners). Tumble dry on low heat. If you have to iron it, turn it inside out and use a cool iron. Do not dry clean.
WHY DID MY ITEM HAVE A VINEGAR-LIKE SMELL WHEN IT ARRIVED?
When unpacking a new shirt or sweater, you might notice a vinegar-like smell. Don't worry, that's not unusual and will go away after the first wash.
It's from a pre-treatment applied during the printing process used for all direct to garment prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
