Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is much more expensive, Due to wreath size, please contact me for a quote to these areas BEFORE buying. If not sadly the order will be cancel

SHIPPING

Please keep in mind that I do ship the wreaths in their own box to help keep the integrity of the wreath intact whenever multiple wreaths are purchased.

I do not ship to a P.O. BOX. Only a physical address.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number when your item ships

Shipping will ONLY be made to the address that is provided through Etsy payments.

Sizing details

Most of my wreaths are created on a 18" grapevine wreath base. Each grapevine wreath base may vary slightly in shape.

Finished sizes are approximate and are measured floral tip to tip on the widest part of the wreath.

Materials

SimplicityATX uses high quality materials to create each wreath.

Florals and picks are first wired to the base of each wreath, and then for more durability, a coat of high-temperature hot glue is applied.

Ribbons are wired, and they can easily be re-shaped after being shipped, stored and on windy days.

Custom and personalized orders

Unless otherwise noted, wreaths can be displayed indoors or outdoors.

If displaying outdoor, wreath should be under a covered porch or overhang. As with most things, extended exposure to the sun will result in fading.

Your wreath should be protected from the elements.

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but PLEASE CONTACT ME if you have any problems with your order.

If a package is returned to SimplicityATX, for any reason the buyer must pay shipping for item to be shipped out again.

PLEASE CONTACT ME if you are ever unhappy with your purchase BEFORE leaving a negative review. Give me an opportunity to fix the situation.
