Love my new jacket. So happy and can’t wait to wear it on the big day!

There was a printing issue with my jacket and they were kind enough to send me a new one. It’s absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to wear it for my wedding!

Jacket runs extremely small, and I ordered customized so I could have my new last name on it and it came almost a month later with no customization at all.

Unfortunately the jacket I received was not the quality I was expecting. This is a PU Leather jacket made in China, with a very thin polyester lining. It does not look like the picture in the description. It was also packed in a thin bag that caused wrinkling and some damage to the jacket. The customer service was quick and I received a refund. I wish the item description included the material type and place of manufacturing.

The jacket looks amazing and I can’t wait to wear it for the wedding! Thank you.

The fit of the jacket is perfect, and the design elements are spot on. I accidentally ordered the jacket twice, and she refunded me within 4 hours of sending an email without hesitation. Would highly recommend!
