This is perfect! great and clear instructions! I have been looking for the perfect busget sheet since December!! I purchased 7 other sheets from other vendors but none had what I needed or was looking for. I came accross this spreadsheet while searching up youtube videos to make one myself. Purchased and OMG! exceeded my ecpectations! finally I can have a beautiful and very functionable spreadsheet! totally worth it!!! also had questions and she promptly answered great customer service! If you are interested in ordering a custom spreadsheet, please contact me through Etsy and let's discuss it. I may be able to accommodate.

Can I get a refund for my digital item?

If you made the purchase by mistake, make sure you don't download the item. We will be able to see in our dashboard if the item has been downloaded or not. If it hasn't been downloaded, we'll reimburse you and cancel the purchase.

Can I export a Google Sheets spreadsheet to Excel?

We don't recommend that you export Google Sheets spreadsheet to Excel, because the formulas do not export well. The calculations you see in your Google Sheets will not be the same at the exported Excel spreadsheet file.

I don't know where my purchased file is.

You can find your purchased digital files at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases.
We recommend that you use a computer for your Google sheets templates. However, if you wish to download it to your mobile phone or tabled, please do so from the browser of your device, and not through the Etsy app, as Etsy does not allow you to download your purchase through the Etsy App.

Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately, Google Sheets sometimes has its glitches. If the file opens in view only mode, then go to File - > Make a Copy. This will copy the spreadsheet and give you full access to it.

If you are still having issues, try a different browser. Make sure you are looked into your Google account.

If the problem persists, get in touch with me through Etsy messages.
