2 out of 5 starsCan only smell the Black Ice scent if you’re up on it. Had 2 melts in the living room burner and you couldn’t even smell it when you came through the front door. Very disappointing because I love the scent so much.

Care instructions
Never leave burning candle unattended. Not for human consumption. Be sure to trim the wick before each burn. Please keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Do not touch candle when lit as it may be hot. Only burn on heat resistant surfaces. Please read the warning label. Seller is not responsible for misuse and customer negligence.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, I do accept returns due to business owner error (only exception). The return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility and pictures are required for all returns and refunds. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Upon inspection of item, it will be determined whether a full refund is due or a partial refund. No returns or refunds on sale/clearance items. NO exceptions.
Do you offer refunds?

Is everything handcrafted?
Yes, I make everything myself including the labels.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order does not arrive make sure that you have entered the correct address, locate your tracking number, and contact the carrier for assistance with filing a claim for lost mail. Once the item ships, it is out of the business owner's hands and the shipping lies on the carrier. However, I am happy to assist you in any way with your package. I am here for you.
