I’m disappointed to receive this one-star review, as I made every effort to ensure your order was delivered successfully. The package was delivered the first time, but you told me yourself that you do not regularly check your mail and that the package sat in your mailbox. To make sure you still received your item, I sent a second replacement at my own expense. I take pride in both my products and my customer service, and I went above and beyond in this situation. I believe this review does not accurately reflect the time, effort, and cost that went into resolving your order.
