All of Ozge's items are beautifully made and come in pristine condition. She makes contact from the beginning and alerts you to shipping updates etc. The colors are always beautiful and each item brings a unique, homey vibe to your home. Even after Customs broke an item (they didn't re-wrap it correctly), Ozge was kind enough to offer to either replace it or refund me. She got the new product to me quickly and stayed in touch the entire time. I was so grateful for her hard work and beautiful products. Can't wait to serve some Italian food, and use this little dish to serve olive oil/spices with bread.

The pitcher is beautifully crafted, and looks just as good as the pictures. It's absolutely perfect for holding flowers or for serving something small like Sangria (or maybe water for 2). I am so in love with how she mixes textures like polka dots, stripes, and flowers. The best part of my experience was the customer service. Ozge was in touch from the start and kept me updated throughout the process. She wraps the items REALLY well. Two of my items did break when Customs checked them and didn't repack it correctly. Ozge offered to replace both items, or refund me for one/both items. I was touched by her willingness to help even though she wasn't at fault. Thank you so much for your help and beautiful work!

Customer service is really amazing. DHS checked the package and left one of the dishes broken. Ozgee was so great about helping me replace it and keeping me updated on shipping. All her products are gorgeous and well made.
